Lloyd's Draperies graphics, logos and service names are trademarks of Lloyd's Draperies and said trademarks may only be used by Lloyd's Draperies and shall not be used in connection with any product or service that is not expressly authorized by Lloyd's Draperies or in any manner that is likely to cause consumer confusion or in any manner that disparages or discredits Lloyd's Draperies.


COLORS AND TEXTURES

Lloyd's Draperies attempts to assure that the display of the colors and textures of our products that appear on the Site as accurate as reasonably possible. However, as the actual colors and textures you see will depend on your monitor and printer, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate. In addition, fabrics and materials tend to have dye lot inconsistencies which could also alter the appearance of a color. For wood materials (wood blinds and woven wood shades), please note that its natural composition may cause slight warping and/or fading over time as well as, variations in color and grain - all of which are considered normal characteristics. Lloyd's Draperies and the manufacturers of our products expressly reserve the right to alter, change or amend the products sold on the Site.


TERMS OF SALE; RETURN POLICY

All window treatments purchased from Lloyd's Draperies are custom made to the customer’s specifications and measurements submitted to Lloyd's Draperies by the customer. All purchases must be paid in full at the point of sale. There are no changes, cancellations, or returns without the express written permission of Lloyd's Draperies.


INACCURACY DISCLAIMER

Lloyd's Draperies does not guarantee that the information contained on this Site will not contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions. From time to time there may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors and/or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability, or other inaccuracies. Lloyd's Draperies reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or Content at any time, each without prior notice (including prior to fulfilling any order that you may have submitted). Such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to price or to product description or availability. Further, Lloyd's Draperies reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders containing any error, inaccuracy or omission, whether or not the order has been submitted, confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. Lloyd's Draperies will attempt to notify you of a change in price before the order is placed with the manufacturer. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Lloyd's Draperies will promptly issue a credit to your credit card. The risk of loss and title for products shipped by or from Lloyd's Draperies pass to you upon Lloyd's Draperies delivery to the carrier.
